We were in town for a wedding. 4 nights. The hotel is old, but some things have been updated. The good was the friendly staff. They were very accommodating. The breakfast, especially the coffee, was great each morning. The location was good for what we needed. Not on the beach. The issues: there was no safe in the room, the beds squeaked every time you moved, and the tub was rusted and a bit in disarray(see pics). For $200+ a night, I would have expected more,but this area is very expensive. I would stay here again because of the low price compared to other hotels, even with the issues.
This location was one I picked for a military graduation I attended. The rooms were ok the pics online are definitely beefed up. When I arrived the elevator was out had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. I checked in in a Thurs the elevator was back fixed by Friday afternoon. I give this a 7/10.
Great short or long stay hotel. Easy parking, great rooms!! And a CLEAN pool. This team know how to run a hotel, maintenance was actively working around on odd jobs, front desk are friendly and actively monitoring their space (this is good for safety, not just sitting and chatting with each other they were WORKING!!) and the breakfast team put out a good fresh spread to start your day. Hotel was clean, hallways and stairwells well maintained and the corners of our room were spotless!!
Hotel is in an excellent area for all your North HHI needs. Walking distance to circle k and Parker's plus many other stores across the street including a McDonald's. Rooms very clean and staff friendly. I marked 3 for service since I only dealt with front staff check in.
This was a great hotel experience Its such a quaint hotel and was exceptionally clean with staff that was so nice and pleasant Our room was clean beyond my expectations and breakfast was simple but nice. The location is perfect as its central to alot of things, shopping, dining etc..I will definitely book here again!
Sink needs to be in the bathroom. My side of the bed is too close to the wall on that side. Not enough places to hang towels and other clothes. You all breakfast though is the bomb! Excellent! Service from the front desk was great. Price is quit reasonable.
We really enjoyed our stay! The outdoor pool was great, and the hotel is in a very convenient location—just a quick drive to the beach. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. There was a slight musty smell in the room, and the hotel is showing its age a bit, especially in the lobby furniture. But overall, it was a comfortable, pleasant stay, and we’d happily come back.
Needs some updating. Couldn't use the TV to watch Netflix etc. from my room. However the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again.
